Grief Cafe

As part of National Grief Awareness Week, we're holding a grief cafe at Cafe 360, Cycle 360 on Tuesday 2nd December to help start the conversation about grief.

Join us and others for tea, coffee and cake and to have a chat with others about grief and loss.

We'll be upstairs in a private area and there will be an opportunity to find out more about what Cruse does and how we can help, and to pick up some leaflets. You'll also be able to buy a plantable seed heart or a Cruse star that you can personalise in memory of your loved one.

We won't be able to offer any in-depth support at the cafe. If you'd like to see one of bereavement volunteers for one-to-one support, you can complete our online self referral form.
