National Grief Awareness Week - 2nd-8th December

We are marking National Grief Awareness week from 2nd-8th December 2025 by organising several events. This year’s theme is Growing with Grief.

We have organised two grief cafes to start the conversation around grief. The first will be held at Cafe 360, Cycle 360 on Tuesday 2nd December from 10am-2pm upstairs in a private area, the second will be held at Tesco, Little Switzerland in their café on Thursday 4th December.

There will be an opportunity to pick up leaflets and find out about what Cruse does. People will not be able to access in-depth support at these events – all referrals can be made using our online referral form.

Also there will be an opportunity to buy a plantable seed heart or a Cruse star that you can personalise in memory of your loved one.
